Otter Chaos
Otter Chaos is a fast paced, party style board game set in the North Minnesota wetlands, where players take on the role of mischievous otters competing to collect trinkets and outplay one another. Designed to be accessible and easy to learn, the game uses a spinner based system to introduce chance, keeping each round unpredictable and highly replayable.
Players navigate shifting outcomes, steal from opponents, and avoid obstacles like the cunning coyote, all while trying to stay afloat in the chaos of the raft. The gameplay encourages interaction, quick decision making, and lighthearted competition, making it ideal for short 20–30 minute sessions.
The project focuses on creating an inclusive and engaging experience supported by bold, playful visuals and clear mechanics, extending beyond gameplay into branding and marketing with a cohesive and energetic identity.
